Hours, response times and what to expect when you call
Busy Bee answers the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with emergency response for active stinging-insect situations and rodents inside living space.
- Standard calls: most Phoenix Metro addresses receive a one-hour arrival window seven days a week, dispatched from our ten-technician team.
- Emergencies: an aggressive colony, a swarm near children or pets, or bees inside a wall of an occupied home can often be dispatched within 30–45 minutes.
- After-hours requests: calls placed overnight are triaged immediately and scheduled for first dispatch the following morning unless they meet the emergency threshold.
A real dispatcher answers, not a call centre. Tell them what you are seeing, where, and how long it has been going on, and they can usually tell you the likely species and the likely access needed before a technician leaves.
Where we work
We operate two offices and serve all of Maricopa County.
- Phoenix: 14819 N Cave Creek Rd, Ste 2, Phoenix, AZ 85032
- Mesa: 1320 E Broadway Rd #107, Mesa, AZ 85204
Between them we cover Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Paradise Valley, Sun City, Cave Creek, Apache Junction and the surrounding communities. If you are unsure whether your address is in range, call. It usually is.
What to have ready
The more specific you can be, the faster and more accurate the quote. Useful details:
- What you are seeing or hearing. Bees at a wall, scratching overhead after dark, droppings in a pantry, a nest under an eave.
- Where exactly, and whether it is inside living space, in an attic, or outdoors.
- How long it has been going on. A swarm that arrived this morning is a very different job from a colony that has been building for six weeks.
- A photo, taken from a safe distance. Species identification drives everything that follows.
Pricing you can expect: rodent service is $245 for the initial visit and $95 per follow-up. Bee and wasp work is quoted after inspection because access varies enormously. Inspections are free, and larger projects over $500 can be financed.
