No, and we would not suggest it. Citrus is not the problem, contact with the roof is. Trim so no branch comes within about four feet of the roofline and clear fallen fruit, and you have removed both the bridge and the food without losing the tree.
How do I tell attic activity from yard activity?
Listen after dusk. Scratching or a rolling sound overhead that follows the same route night after night means something is living up there and the attic needs opening up. Droppings along a wall base or in the garage with no overhead noise usually means exterior pressure only, which is a smaller and cheaper piece of work.
