Not enrolling? Standard rodent pricing is $245 for the initial service and $95 per follow-up visit, with no ongoing commitment. Either way we use no poison indoors and seal the entry points behind us.

What does the $29 rodent special include?
The $29 is a first-visit promotion, not our rodent control price. It applies only when you enroll in a Busy Bee year-round general pest control plan (a 12-month agreement with bi-monthly visits) at the time of booking.
The $29 visit covers a full-home inspection, entry-point mapping, trap placement and the first removal, with no poison used indoors. Attic decontamination, insulation replacement and full-structure exclusion are quoted separately. We cannot apply the promo to a job already booked at the standard rate.

Who qualifies for the $29 rate?
The $29 rate is a promotional first-visit price, and it is available on one condition: you enroll in a Busy Bee year-round pest control plan at the same time. It is not a standalone rodent service and it is not a discount we can apply after the fact.
You qualify if:
- The property is residential and within our Phoenix Metro service area
- You are starting a year-round pest control plan at the time of booking
- The job is a standard interior rodent service, not attic decontamination, insulation replacement, or full-structure exclusion, which are quoted separately
Not enrolling in a plan? That is completely fine, and it is the more common choice. Standard rodent pricing is $245 for the initial service, full inspection, entry-point mapping, trap placement and the first removal, and $95 for each follow-up visit.
