Arizona Bee Attacks: Busy Bee Pest Solutions Featured in ABC15’s Emergency Coverage
In July 2025, a Scottsdale man died after a swarm of aggressive bees attacked him. It was one of the deadliest bee incidents in Arizona’s history, as reported by AZCentral.
ABC15 News interviewed Busy Bee Pest Solutions in response to the growing public concern. Our lead technician and company owner appeared in a televised segment on how to prevent and escape a bee attack. The segment, “Looking at how to prevent and escape a bee attack”, showed real footage of our removals and expert tips on what to do if you meet a swarm.
Days before the interview aired, several children and adults were hospitalized after a severe bee attack near Kyrene and Baseline Roads in Tempe. According to ABC15, the victims were stung repeatedly after disturbing a swarm hiding in the area. Fox 10 Phoenix and AZFamily confirmed that four people were treated, with two taken to local hospitals.
ABC15 also reported a rescue in which twelve dogs were saved from a Phoenix home overrun by bees.
